Alexey Kharlamov (otherwise known as “Lyosha”) is a Russian orphan who came to the United States through the Hope Project in order to receive medical help, familial care, and spiritual teaching. Now there’s a family in Illinois waiting to adopt Lyosha, and Hannah’s Heart would like to help.
